Either one of :
- You installed the app before and already burned the free license. Go to the info page inside iPhiGéNie, though the i button on the main toolbar and check for license expiration date.
- A network failure prevented the free license to load. Restart iPhiGéNie through the application switcher or restart the iPad.
If you don't sort it up, send the UDID of you device to the support mail (in the page trailer).
UDID can be found in iTunes by clicking on the serial number of the device. It is a 40 character long string.
